We welcome the Dixies! But first, a recollection of the year that was....

Here s the quick run down in sort of order...

2009 had a special WELCOME feel!

We welcomed our beautiful pup!

We welcomed lots of lovely visitors from the "mainland"!

We welcomed a plumbing apprenticeship.

And a voyage aboard a tall ship!

We went to the "mainland" for some pretty special weddings!

We welcomed new family members!

Lots of our friends welcomed new family members!

We bought a house (and welcomed a mortgage?!)!

We welcomed our families for a fabulous Christmas!

And finally, we welcomed The Dixies with some special friends on a beach on the eastern coast of Tasmania to a stunning electrical storm.

Now we welcome 2010. We wish you a safe and happy new year, where ever you may be!

The kitchen... since purchase, the boards have been polished throughout, in here, a new oven, the classic "hammer lok" benches (#that is NOT a spelling mistake) and old cupboards!. 

The Dixies will see it renovated... But thats what all renovaters say yeah?
