Hola! Dos Canas Por favor!

Buenos Dias Amigos,

A few pictures of our tapas tour of Spain....

We started in Barcelona (Gaudi/Picasso-licious), then onto Madrid (centre of Culture, and some TOP bars), then down to Granada , bit of a tour around Andulucia, then home. A top two weeks!

Basically we ate, drank, and saw loads of cool stuff.

See pics for me details, or "deets" as the english kids would say here...

Off to Norway for the long weekend tomorrow with Miranda and Juz....

Ahhh thinking of you all!!!!!

Lots of Love, Lucy and Tom XXXXXOXOOXOXOXOXOXO
---------------------

La Boqueria. Some foodies reckon this is one of the best markets in the world. We'd agree it was pretty damn good, but we would rate Valencia highly as well!!! Oh listen to us!!! Its true though, you could buy anything. A little sample of all the things we generally ate lots of....

Delicious Jamon!!! Sapins answer to Italian proscuitto. -La Boqueria, Barcelona

Fresh fish!!!! We were "gutted" we couldn't cook in our apartment... -La Boqueria, Barcelona

As I said you could buy anything! -La Boqueria, Barcelona

Razor clams. Lucy's TOP food in Spain. -La Boqueria, Barcelona

Salted cod. YUM. Lucys second best food. -La Boqueria, Barcelona

The Scarewitches atop La Pedrera. Probably our favourite. maybe.... -Barcelona

Hot stuff Ryan "chill-axing" in Barcelona's city park designed by Mr Gaudi. -Park Guell, Barcelona.

I like to imitate rock art especially when in Barcelona's city park. -Park Guell, Barcelona.

Oh look thats us out the front of Sagrada Familia!!! Our first Gaudi stop off. OH MY GOODNESS. -Barcelona

A terrific food store in Barcelona. Near La Boqueria, the food market.

Tom on the other, newer, side of Sagrada Familia -Barcelona.

A solid Bridge huh? -Ronda, Andulucia.

The view from the Bridge -Ronda, Andulucia.

Granada, Alhambra Palace

Granada, Alhambra Palace

You saw it here first. Tom smiling for the camera. And there ws a lot to smile about -Granada, Alhambra Palace

An absolutely stunning planted wall contrasted with a rusty one!!! Madrid was full of super arty stuff and the three best museums ever!!

-Granada, Alhambra Palace. Our photos dont do it justice. It was amazing.

Holy Toledo!! Yes, outside the city walls of Toledo, half an hour south of Madrid!

Holy Toledo - Tom winding it up for the massive bogan who careered past us in one of the narrowest cobblestones streets I've ever walked down.... to the sound of Sweet Child of Mine.

Il Rastro - Madrids flea market. Also a good spot to buy a stripey top.

Tom outside the Royal Palace - Madrid.

Lucy out the front of the Prado museum with Diego Velázquez - Madrid.

After taking a stroll in the beautiful city park, a boisterous but, lovely American lady strode up to us insisting she take our picture!!! -Madrid.

Granada -The bull ring. Yet another great bar here. Who would have thought??

We had the idea that we take photos of all the delicious things that we were served up in Granada. Unfortunately we kinda forgot ALL the time except for this one. Fried Quail eggs with a roasted eggplant and capsicum salad.

I think this was Sidney and Greg's postcard from the "oh so not very tasteful" Costa Del Sol..... -Granada.
